Bomb Aesthetics Owner, Karrah Raye is a Decatur native entrepreneur based in Atlanta. By age ten she already found one of her talents through doing her barbie doll's hair. Karrah has been professionally doing hair for the past three years, Bomb Aesthetics' 3rd birthday is approaching! Karrah is the kind of female entrepreneur that needs to stay stimulated and move purposefully. She was underwhelmed with desk and pay-day jobs limitations on financial freedom. Karrah leaped to begin Bomb Aesthetics right before the COVID-19 pandemic; this adversity only propelled her hustle to expand and improve the business quicker. This level of results comes from the black female owner’s ability to service black women and explore multiple different facets of their hair. In addition, the joy she receives from seeing beautiful chocolate and caramel smiles from her clients once they see the finished product.

Bomb Aesthetics Hair Services offers the faux locs styles soft and butterfly locs; ponytails and passions twists as well. She services clients off of Moreland Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. To make her client’s experience unique she provides the hair within the style cost and

gives a cute gift bag too. This is a great branding skill to show your customer you value their investment in your services and connect them to the brand’s identity beyond the appointment. Karrah’s award-winning sense of humor, speed and super fun energy keep the clients entertained and returning for more. The hair services are completed in a clean home environment and COVID-19 guidelines are followed during the visit. Karrah creates gorgeous protective styles that last so long they become your friend. Karrah is about pivoting when issues arise with clients by responding urgently and troubleshooting a solution. She makes herself available in these moments to assure her clients know she prioritizes their concerns. Clients rave over their spicy conversations with Karrah; plus great Netflix shows and movies she introduces them to.

In the black-owned business community, customer service is one of the biggest challenges frequently emphasized. It is so dope to see this holistic experience from a black-owned business and hopefully continue to have a ripple effect that benefits the customer experience.
